Our treatment center is situated in downtown Memphis near the historic Beale Street district, providing a supportive environment for recovery with convenient access to medical resources and community support services throughout Shelby County.
Driving Directions
- From I-40 / I-240: Take I-40 West toward downtown Memphis. Exit onto Danny Thomas Blvd (US-51) heading south. Turn right onto Beale Street, then left onto S. Front Street. Turn right onto Huling Ave. The facility is on your left.
- From Nashville: Follow I-40 West for approximately 210 miles toward Memphis. As you enter the city, continue on I-40 West and take the Downtown / Riverside Dr exit. Follow signs to S. Front Street, then turn onto Huling Ave.
- From Memphis International Airport (MEM): Head north on Airways Blvd. Merge onto I-55 North toward downtown. Take the Riverside Drive exit and head south along the river. Turn left onto Huling Ave. The drive takes approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.
Parking Information
Free on-site parking is available for visitors and clients. Additional street parking and nearby public parking garages are located within a short walking distance of the facility. Handicapped-accessible spaces are available near the main entrance.

RUY Helpline proudly serves the greater Memphis metropolitan area, Shelby County, and all of West Tennessee, including Germantown, Bartlett, Collierville, Arlington, Millington, and surrounding communities. We also welcome clients from across the Mid-South region, including northern Mississippi and eastern Arkansas.
